Ken Zeng brings 20 years of enterprise technology experience to his role as AVP of Product Marketing, GTM at Ring Central. He is focused on developing and executing GTM strategies to drive disruption and accelerate digital transformation in the communications space with SaaS, cloud, analytics, mobility, ML, and AI solutions. Throughout his career, Ken has led strategy, GTM, and solution architecture teams, helping customers tackle challenges in data management, database, big data, analytics, security, and content management. In addition, he has industry experience in online collaboration, online advertising, IT outsourcing, and data center management operations. Before joining RingCentral, he worked at enterprise companies such as Navisite, Oracle, and WebEx. He has a bachelors degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico.
