Kim Holder is the Vice President of DT Corporate Functions of Baker Hughes (BH), where she leads the IT strategy to support business separation and product company growth for the finance, health & safety, human resources, legal & compliance domains. She leads a multi- disciplinary organization in developing products to drive business synergies.
Prior to joining BH, she served as the Vice President of Enterprise Application Engineering in GE Treasury, leading the enterprise payment and banking infrastructure digital technology organization while jointly leading divestitures for the Finance IT domain. Before this, she served in multiple GE business units throughout her 19-year career, most in financial services. As the executive IT Treasury leader for the Alstom acquisition, she was responsible for treasury product development and culture for the two organizations. She graduated from the Information Technology and Executive Management Leadership programs, drove operational effectiveness in the manufacturing FP&A closing process and led critical business programs in operations and finance.
Kim graduated from Bentley University w/ a degree in Management of Information Systems. Kim is active on community boards focused on children and now calls Houston, Texas home.
