Louise O'Donnell has over 35 years' experience in Financial services.  She has been a member of the TD senior management within commercial lending and specialty banking for 3 years. Prior to joining  TD Bank, Louise server as CIO for PHH Joint Venture and was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer of First Bank of Delaware. Louise has spent over 25 years as a leader and strategist for innovating business solutions which are reasonable and sustainable within a disruptive, transforming and highly regulated industry. Under her leadership, Louise drives innovation and delivery of advanced technologies to preserve the customer experience, meet business and customer demands and to gain financial, competitive advantage.
