Lynn Shaw, director at Enterprise Holdings IT, is an executive leader responsible for creating and executing a global IT people strategy including talent acquisition, contingent workforce, organizational performance and employee development.

Lynn has 25+ years of experience of driving and optimizing a high performance culture in large organizations though organizational development and human resources solutions. She has been with Enterprise Holdings IT since 2005.

Prior to joining Enterprise Holdings, Lynn was the divisional vice president of Human Resources for May Merchandising Company, a global fashion retail organization.  Over her tenure at May, she held several progressive roles, gaining significant exposure and experience around all facets of talent acquisition and management.   

As a thought leader in the St. Louis market, she currently serves as a board member for the HMG Advisory Board for St. Louis.
