Marcos E. Lindley is Principal of The Lindley Consulting Group. A global leader, project manager, instructor and coach, Marcos is known to bridge alliances around the globe, which has helped him gain forward momentum not only in his career, but also for clients and companies for which he’s worked.

Marcos is praised for his business acumen and influencing amenable manner. Whether managing a focus group in an industrial setting or conducting problem-solving training workshop for peer management employees he produces results and creates a synergistic energy.

With more than 15+ years of SAP experience, 8 of which in Project Management. His management and organizational skills have included leading multiple cross-functional teams through complex problem-solving tasks while maintaining focus on the primary task at hand. His fiscal leadership has enabled him to manage multi-million dollar budgets while maximizing outcomes within budgetary constraints.

As a consultant, Marcos has served clients such as IBM, AIG and KPMG, handled numerous projects and through his diligent delivery-focused work ethic saw them all to fruition. His key challenges have included the management of multiple technology projects, oversight of software development processes, and developmental communications among technology managers and senior managers, developers, programmers, and customers.

Presently, as a Behavioral Challenges Associate Instructor at Columbia University and a certified Lumina Spark instructor, his instruction appears to be paving the way for future business leaders who respect both his experience as well as his excellent facilitation skills.

Marcos Lindley’s career path has been a lengthy and prolific one—whether his experience with Fortune 500 companies like IBM, Cadbury Schweppes, or Pfizer or as a Project Manager for multiple interfaces with Miller Coors, Merck, American airlines, SC Johnson, Kraft, and Merck, managing global projects.

His corporate experience in the fields of media, automotive, consumer packaging goods and pharmaceutical industries has provided him with a diverse and eclectic background all of which he draws experiences from.

Marcos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from New York Institute of Technology and an Executive Master of Science degree in Technology Management at Columbia University.
