His thirty-year tech industry career encompasses leadership and advisory roles that successfully brought innovations to market and captured growth opportunities in semiconductors, systems, cloud software and applications, services, and the Internet of Things. Previously, Marty was a member of Cisco Systems elite team of consulting advisors working with large enterprise customers on digital transformation initiatives. His focus was to enable customers to harness new digital technologies and especially IoT, to address the business imperatives of their companies. Specializing in the manufacturing vertical, his expertise was applied to define and solve issues in employing IoT technology solutions. Use cases addressed improving operational efficiency and the value chain for enhancing customer engagement and employee productivity. Marty orchestrated OT and IT collaboration in ensuring that the business value of these solutions was achieved.
