In his current role, Matt is responsible for leading an integrated Learning & Development strategy directly linked to NatWest Markets’ broader business agenda. Having worked for a variety of firms in the US and Europe, including UBS Investment Bank, Citizens Financial Group, The Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest Markets, Matt has more than 15 years’ experience in culture change, organization development, and diversity and inclusion.
Matt has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Arts Degree in Communication from Fairfield University. His scholarly research focused on organizational development, specifically diversity & inclusion in the workplace. Matt is also an Accredited Coach with the Association of Coaching.
