Mel Reyes has over 25 years of digital execution expertise with SaaS, PaaS, eCommerce, fraud management, and interactive solutions for Fortune 10-500 companies, several startups, and global media agencies.
He's is currently the VP of IT Credit Initiatives Program Manager at Synchrony Financial, where he leads the enterprise efforts for all client-focused deliverables in Account Management Fraud and Credit systems, Authentication-as-a-Service (AaaS), and Credit-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) lifecycle events. At Synchrony he was also instrumental in growing the existing PayPal and eBay portfolio by 33% to over $4B, developing and landing the $7.6B PayPal Credit RFP portfolio win, and landing a new direct contract with eBay.
Within the print and manufacturing industry he built the teams that consolidated 20 eCommerce/CMS solutions and five ERP integrations down to four platforms and two ERP systems. He’s produced measurable business development results including partnering with Omnicom media agencies to pitch, land, and deliver on two multimillion-dollar T-Mobile interactive Android phone campaigns; as well as a nearly 4,000 square ft multi-purpose interactive digital installation for Lowe’s Home Improvement headquarters to kick off their digital transformation.
He’s also created solutions for Pepsi, Bank of America, Mercedes-Benz, Sharp, Priceline, and several others in varying roles.
