As the Enterprise CIO, at USAA Mike Brady and his team provide the technology creation, support and delivery across the organization. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with senior Executives, strategy and planning, oversight of application development, as well as operations and maintenance, while focusing on time to market, quality and innovation. In addition, he is responsible for the business agility center of excellence to drive an agile mindset throughout the enterprise.

Mike Brady is the former AIG Global Chief Technology Officer and oversaw the Technology Services organization, which included Technology Strategy, Application Development Methodologies and Infrastructure Services. He was also accountable for identifying leading edge technologies that resulted in tangible benefits to all of AIG’s stakeholders.

Mike is a strategic technology executive recognized across the industry as a transformational leader. Prior to joining AIG, Mike served as head of Kaiser Permanente’s Infrastructure organization. His team comprised of over 1,900 professionals managing and operating life critical technology systems in partnership with IT, Health Plan and Care Delivery groups. He led an organization that delivered award-winning systems availability and leadership of deployments of Cloud, Big Data, DevOps and integrated Technology-as-a-Service strategies.

With more than 25 years leading Technology teams in global, complex organizations including Citigroup, General Electric, Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments, and Kaiser Permanente, Mike is an accomplished transformational leader.  He has been recognized as a Computer World Premier 100 IT Leader, received multiple Uptime Institute and related IT excellence awards and holds a patent in Network Security.
