Molly A. Hull joined Slayton Search Partners in 2008 and has been progressively promoted due to her successes in recruiting across multiple industries and functions. She became Senior Vice President in 2018. Molly’s focus is in the attraction of top talent across global organizations. She provides outstanding service and partnership to clients building their leadership teams. Molly has recruited VP, SVP, EVP and C-suite level executives working primarily with companies in all industry sectors building their CIO and CTO leadership teams. The spectrum of technology roles include: Chief Information Security Officer/Cyber Security; Technology and Operations; Application Development; Infrastructure; Architecture; IT Strategy and Planning; IT Security; Big Data; Vendor Management; Project Management Office; and E-commerce. She has been a key contributor on searches across a number of industries including Consumer, Healthcare and Manufacturing/Industrial. Prior to joining Slayton, Molly completed an internship with another large, international search firm.
