Monto is globally experienced IT leader who has 25+ years of experience in client facing roles in consulting, telecommunication, finance, and insurance industries.  Monto's cumulative global business expertise has involved him in all areas of IT strategy and planning. Monto has led global IT transformation programs for large enterprises and consistently delivered innovative solutions to address customer challenges.  Monto is currently Chief Architect and Global Technology Practice Head for North America at TCS Cognitive Business Operations (CBO) business unit. Monto's heads the CBO Center of Excellence organization in North America that provides digital transformation advisory and consulting services to TCS customers.  Prior to joining TCS, Monto has been a senior consultant providing IT advisory services to large enterprises, Director of Solution Architecture in Financial Industry, and Senior Enterprise Architect in Insurance and Telecommunication Industries.  Monto holds a B.S. from Roosevelt University.  Also, he holds certifications from The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF),  LOMA (Life Management Office Association), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), and Oracle/Sun Microsystems UNIX certifications.
