Mylene Mayers is responsible for Toyota Motor North America's Service Parts & Accessories Supply Chains, NA Quality Promotion and Products/Audit, Customer Retention Insights and 5 Contact Centers including Toyota, Lexus, & Scion brands, as the CEO & Divisional Officer for the After Sales Division within Information Systems. History: Ms. Mayers is a strategic leader and entrusted partner to senior management focused on building high performing talent leveraging agile SCRUM to transform the culture, driving innovation to improve the overall customer experience and increasing regional profitability. With 25 years of experience at a global Fortune 10 company, Ms. Mayers defines the IT strategy for after market sales and service, driving the delivery of innovative digital solutions while implementing Toyota's mobility solutions for the future to help people "break impossible". Education: Ms. Mayers holds an AA in Computer Programming from Long Beach City College, graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Business Management and a certification in Application Development from Cal State University Dominguez Hills, Holds Advanced Leadership Certifications from University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a Masters Certification in Strategic Supply Chain Management from University of San Francisco. Ms. Mayers recently completed Scrum Master and Product Owner Certifications from Scrum Inc. and currently acts as Chief Product Owner across multiple Toyota Information Systems. Accolades/Awards: A member of the Information Systems Executive Committee, co-founder of the North America Women’s Council (previously called “Torque!”), as well as the North America Quality Cross-Functional Committee, Ms. Mayers and her team have been awarded the Top 100 Award from CIO magazine in 2011 for Product Quality Analytics, and again in 2014, for Service Lane Portal. In 2018, Ms. Mayers was named honoree of the Dallas Business Journals’ 2018 Women In Technology Awards. Previously active in the communities of Southern California representing Toyota on multiple Boards, including March Of Dimes and the Wylie Center, advocating programs to advance the development of autistic children, Ms. Mayers is now active in North Texas representing Toyota as Executive Sponsor of WIIT/Girl Scouts STEM programs in Dallas.
