Nick plays a pivotal role in helping Avon achieve its vision of becoming the world’s #1 digital social selling business. He is responsible for unleashing Avon’s e-commerce potential, while opening up the company to better serve its millions-strong network of beauty entrepreneurs and consumers, and simultaneously helping Avon to simplify its technology.
With a strong track record in transforming digital experiences and driving change, Nick is leading Avon’s digital platform implementation, which is a critical pillar within Avon’s Open Up and Grow business strategy. His team aims to create an exceptional digital experience for consumers and beauty entrepreneurs and he is working closely with Avon’s markets to ensure these new digital products create real differentiation against the competition. To enable this transformation, Nick is also looking at enterprise architecture, enterprise integration services, software development processes, as well as testing standards and best practice.
Prior to joining Avon, Nick worked at Belron – known for brands such as Autoglass – where he led the Digital and IT function and served on the Group’s Commercial Executive team. He was also responsible for leading the company IT strategy and for the transformation of the business to a digital customer service delivery model. Prior to Belron, Nick worked in IT at Procter & Gamble and also worked in digital consultancy.
