Patrick O’Brien leads the Financial Services Practice of Egon Zehnder in the U.S. based in the New York office. He has over 15 years of insurance experience.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Patrick held a number of insurance leadership positions with General Electric and Allstate. While at GE, Patrick gained experience in both the property & casualty and life & health markets. His work spanned a variety of facets of the insurance industry including underwriting, loss prevention, reinsurance, and claims. Most recently, Patrick was the President of Allstate’s roadside assistance division and was a member of Allstate’s executive committee for Emerging Businesses.
