Mr. Parsi is Chief Client Delivery Officer, Global Technology Services at TMX Group - Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Parsi is a member of the TMX Executive Operating Committee and a member of TMX Technology Executive Leadership. Mr. Parsi is the technology officer responsible for leading the TMX technology delivery organization comprise of: software development, solution/enterprise architecture, PMO office, quality assurance as well as technology operation and support of TMX mission critical equity/derivatives trading and clearing systems. Mr. Parsi has recently led a strategic change program to transform TMX product delivery functions to the Agile delivery at scale. The TMX Agile Transformation resulted in faster time to market products, delivery execution agility, top talent development and client-centric business outcome. The Agile and DevOps adoption created an innovative environment for TMX to be the leader in digital capital market landscape utilizing Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Cloud, Web and Mobile capabilities. Mr. Parsi played the main leadership role in the development and implementation of three generations of trading platforms at TMX in the past decade. In 2014, under Mr. Parsi’s leadership, TMX launched TMX Quantum XA, its new generation of ultrafast high-performance equity trading platform. The TMX Quantum XA received several global recognition and prestigious technology awards for outstanding innovative technology achievement. Mr. Parsi joined TMX in 2001 and held various technology senior management and leadership positions in the past 18 years at TMX. Before joining TMX, Mr. Parsi assumed applications delivery leadership positions at SS&C Technologies / Financial Models Company for 3 years. Prior to that, Mr. Parsi managed a software development consulting firm for 7 years. Mr. Parsi holds MBA from Edinburgh University UK and Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering. Mr. Parsi completed the Executive Leadership program at Rotman business school of management at the University of Toronto.
