Rich was instrumental in assisting with the organizational rebirth of the New Orleans public school system following Hurricane Katrina as well as some of the largest governmental reorganization and municipal consolidations in his sector. Rich has been honored with numerous awards for innovation, quality management and organizational design. Rich is credentialed in auditing, process design, and leadership from leading educational institution across the United States.

Rich holds an MBA and Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology, which he has leveraged for more than a decade as a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer and in other leadership roles in public sector agencies across the nation.
