Rob Milstead is the Senior Vice President for Strategy and Digital at Genuine Parts Company. In his role, Rob oversees Genuine Parts’ strategic planning process in addition to a variety of digital initiatives. In tandem, these functions are focused on developing strategic plans for the future of GPC by leveraging technology to improve the customer experience, drive competitive advantage and capitalize on our investments to grow topline and bottom-line performance. His team supports numerous B2C and B2B efforts in digital marketing, eCommerce, data science for GPC’s businesses around the world.
Rob joined GPC in early 2015 following a successful 20+ year career in the consulting world where his experiences ranged from running his own marketing agency to working for one of the world’s largest business and technology firms. His focus has been nearly exclusively on business planning, strategy, and digital where he previously assisted numerous Fortune 500 companies improve their performance.
