Scott is currently the COO of Hudson’s Bay in Canada. Scott joined HBC in 2019 with over 20 years of retail technology experience having been an executive at major retailers L.L. Bean and Lowe’s Home Improvement, where Scott was SVP for Omni Channel Technologies. Scott has worked extensively globally overseeing technology teams in both Canada and India for the last 7 years. Since 2019, Scott has led the transformation of HBC’s technology with a digital strategy that resulted in the migration of all company websites and mobile applications to Salesforce, along with 3 Global Contact Centers. This enabled double digit growth for all digital channels while increasing profitability. The overall modernization strategy extends to Stores and associates with technology upgrades, new applications, increased mobility and a cloud migration. Currently Scott serves on the Digital Transformation Committee for the City of Toronto and is helping to define the digital transformation strategy with city board members. Scott has also served on advisory boards while in Maine for the Maine Community Colleges and in Charlotte North Carolina as an advisor to the Charlotte Area Technology Collaborative. Prior to his technology career, Scott served in the U.S. Army as a captain in the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum.
