For over 30 years, Ms. Sacks-Mandel has helped corporations, non-profits, and public sector organizations fulfill their missions through effective leadership, process excellence, and strategy focused execution. She is currently the leader for the US Education Customer Success team at Microsoft.
Ms. Sacks Recently won international recognition as one of the top 100 visionaries in education. Earlier this year, her team earned a CIO 100 award for data analytics used to turn around failing students and schools. In 2019 the Global Women in Technology Association named her as the “Woman of the Year”. The Georgia CIO Leadership Association named Ms. Sacks “CIO of the Year” in 2017 for the Non-Profit sector and she was named the 2015 “Woman of the Year” for the Georgia Women in Technology organization. On a personal note, Ms. Sacks is a recent cancer survivor, founding Board Member of the Computer Museum of America, and the proud mother of three wonderful college age daughters.
Her prior experience includes 10 years at IBM in the Financial Services Sector, over five years at Walt Disney world and technology leadership at several other Fortune 100 organizations.
Ms. Sacks earned her B.A. and M.S. at Stony Brook University and holds certifications in Enterprise IT Governance (ISACA), Six Sigma, and Project Management (PMI).
