Tasker Generes is the Global Head of ServiceNow’s Connected Universe Strategy in the Chief Innovation Office. Currently authored 12 patents around ConnectedOperations, ConnectedHuman, ConnectedSecurity and ConnectedService. In this role, Tasker crafts ServiceNow’s strategy for the Connected Universe leveraging IoT, BlockChain, and AI while also providing executive level advisory to extend the value of service management across the corporate enterprise to support organizations in their efforts to transform and modernize.
Prior to joining ServiceNow in 2015 Tasker was Chief Technology Officer of Amtrak and ran his own consulting firm Silos to Service Solutions Inc. bringing business and IT together to leapfrog their competition through focused service. As Chief Technology Officer at Amtrak, Tasker was charted to transform the organization through Strategy, Audit, Strategic Vendor Management, Business Intelligence, Service Management, and Enterprise Architecture. Using his years of healthcare, distribution, and global financial services industry experience, he transformed services to provide tremendous value, defined by efficiency, revenue, customer satisfaction and speed of quality delivery.
Additionally as a Chief Technologist for Service Management Solutions with IBM, Tasker has a deep depth of knowledge and experience in leading global service management delivery across process, technology, organization and information and also holds patents in Service and IT Financial Management methods.
