Tom has been Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Perrigo Company plc, since October 2006. He has also overseen Perrigo’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, Global M&A Integration, and Perrigo’s E-Commerce business unit since 2010.
During his tenure at Perrigo, Tom has led the company’s integration efforts over 27 acquisitions resulting in expansion into more than 35 countries, built out a global shared services platform, launched the company’s direct to consumer sales breaking into new markets and innovative retail opportunities, and has gained end consumer insights relative to over the counter healthcare purchases.
Perrigo is a leading global healthcare supplier that develops, manufactures and distributes over-the-counter (OTC) and generic prescription pharmaceuticals, infant formulas, nutritional products, active pharmaceutical ingredients, and pharmaceutical and medical diagnostic products. Perrigo is the world’s largest store brand manufacturer of OTC pharmaceutical products and infant formulas.
Prior to Perrigo Tom served as Chief Information Officer for the F. Dohmen Co. and served as a division President for JASCORP LLC. Prior to that he held various senior positions in information technology and finance at Dell and BP Amoco.
