Troy leads the Presales team for Citrix, on the US Enterprise team covering the Central United States. In this role, he leads a team of Sales Engineering leaders and Sales Engineers. He is responsible for customer engagement, driving strategy, maintaining the proper engineering coverage, training his team, hiring and retention.
Under Troy’s leadership, his team focuses on business challenges, business initiatives, and overall IT Strategy for Citrix’s Enterprise customers. He also works closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure that our focus is aligned with our customers. He meets regularly with some of our largest customers to discuss our strategy and roadmap, and to understand our customers’ challenges and direction. Troy also leads our compete team focused on contesting our competitors’ strategies.
Before Citrix, Troy worked at several Fortune 500 companies, in the financial, manufacturing and transportation industries. Because of this background, Troy provides a unique perspective to the customer experience.
