Zoe Koven is Vice President of Customer Advocacy focusing on CX Innovation at Zendesk, a customer service software company. At Zendesk, Zoe leads cross-functional efforts to deliver great customer experiences with Zendesk technology at the center. Zoe joined Zendesk in 2018 when they acquired a sales software company, Base CRM, where she was leading the post-sales organization across Customer Support, Professional Services & Customer Success. Zoe is an east coast native and Johns Hopkins University graduate with degrees in International Studies & Economics as well as a competitive field hockey player.
