I was thrilled, impressed and truly inspired by the amazing content, brilliant presentations and superlative expert panel discussions at our Global Women in Technology Summit yesterday. The summit’s theme was “The Future-Forward Female Tech Leader: Inspiring Performance Through Purposeful Leadership” and it delivered a powerful message of how trust, collaboration, innovation, resiliency and empathy can foster success in turbulent times.

The summit was part of our continuing HMG Live! series of world-class executive leadership events and conferences, and it featured an exceptionally wide range of highly accomplished speakers, presenters and panelists.

Here is a quick recap of highlights from yesterday’s stellar executive leadership summit:

In our opening Executive Fireside Chat, Ebele Kemery, Managing Director, Head of Global Technology Diversity & Inclusion, JPMorgan Chase & Co., was interviewed by Cindy Finkelman, Managing Director, Alvarez & Marsal, on the topic of Leading Boldly and Authentically.

The topic was How Total Experience is Shaping Your Digital Transformation Roadmap to Meet the Future Needs of the Business. Christine and Tom talked about connecting the digital threads to deliver value at the intersection of customer, user, and employee experience, ensuring client retention and growth in a post-pandemic world and generating a workplace culture that engages employees both at home and in the office.

An all-star panel of top-tier executives explored The Female Tech Leader as Enterprise Change Agent – Fostering Cultural Change and Enabling the Digital Business Juggernaut.
