Alfonso (Al) Rosabal Al is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in multiple industries including software, consulting, aerospace & defense, BPO, wireless, media & advertising, and education. He’s successfully delivered in the roles of CTO, CIO, COO and CEO and worked closely with senior leadership teams, investors and boards to develop effective strategies to grow sales, optimize operations, and improve culture. He is passionate about strategy, culture, leadership development and leading through crisis. Al is a lifelong student of how inspiring leadership and crisp decision making can bring success and deliver innovative results. Al is currently a senior executive with Palantir Technologies. In his prior role he was the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Services Officer for a division of NEOM, a Giga project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He’s also served as a Global & High Technology Enterprise Executive Partner with Gartner’s Advisory Services, COO of a media & advertising company, and multiple other leadership positions. Al has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA with Finance concentration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
