After spending the early part of my career as researcher, I discovered that I had passion for building and implementing technology solutions that drive business value.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading some of the best technology teams in the world to deliver five “industry first” technologies and several innovative and transformational products and platforms. From leading global startups to Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, education, airlines, and finance, I thrive where there are complex problems to be solved and there is an impact to be made with technology.

Throughout my career I’ve built a reputation for building lean, efficient, high performing teams and for driving cross-team collaboration. I spent more than a decade leading agile development teams to deliver more than 75 innovative products in healthcare. In every IT leadership position I’ve held, I’ve been laser focused on maximizing IT investments and eliminating waste and balancing risk.

Lastly, I am constantly investing in myself as a leader and human being and I seek to inspire others to learn and grow. In 2014, I was asked to be a founding Board Member of the New York based nonprofit Per Scholas which provides free technology training to underserved learners in New York City. During my time on the Board, I was influential in shaping the technology curriculum, I was a frequent speaker at graduation, and was a career coach and mentor.
