Anjana was the CIO at Hillrom, a leading global medical technology company, where she was driving a large business transformation through digital solutions. Prior to that she held several leadership positions at Novartis as the Americas CIO for Alcon, Global Head of Commercial IT Operations and Global Head of Compliance Services & Information Management. She has more than 20 years of experience across the Life Sciences industry as well as in consulting.  Anjana has had the opportunity to take on some tough challenges and successfully drive large scale transformations throughout her career journey.  She is known for being a change catalyst with a penchant for inspiring, motivating and coaching teams to achieve uncommon results.

Anjana strongly believes that information is a strategic asset that should be leveraged as a competitive differentiator. She has presented her ideas at various conferences and written articles about it.

Anjana has an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
