Barry Kortekaas is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for America’s largest personal injury law firm, Morgan & Morgan.  He joined the Firm in 2020 and has helped contribute to double-digit year-over-year growth and recovering over $15B for our clients.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Barry was the CISO leading Information Security and IT Operations for the $1B moving and storage juggernaut, PODS.

Barry is a veteran in the Information and Cyber Security space, having worked in both the public and private sectors.  He is a sought-after international speaker, presenter, and thought leader passionate about helping people and businesses navigate through the fourth industrial revolution.

 Barry and his wife have lived in the Tampa area for almost 30 years and enjoy many of the activities unique to Florida’s Gulf Coast.
