Bernadette Rotolo is a global Fortune 500 executive with nearly 20 years of experience in technology at Accenture, Adecco Group and currently at Warner Music Group.  Bernadette started her career in consulting at Accenture, a top IT consulting company assisting clients in Communications and High Tech industries with their most difficult technology and business challenges.  After spending twelve years at Accenture, Bernadette came to Adecco Group in 2009, a Swiss based Global Fortune 500 Company that is the largest staffing company in the world, and was promoted to Group Vice President and Global Head of Solutions Delivery Management focused on digital offerings.  After nine years at Adecco Group, Bernadette joined Warner Music Group, an American multinational entertainment and record label company. It is one of the \”big three\” recording companies and the third largest in the global music industry and is currently Senior Vice President, Head of Global Systems focused on the company’s highest strategic digital transformation program.

For the last seven years, Bernadette is leading CEO-championed global digital transformation programs at both Adecco Group and Warner Music Group partnering with business leads to increase brand visibility by launching web, mobile and social media strategies that will increase overall global millennial engagement.  Also, as part of Warner Music Group digital transformation program, Bernadette is collaborating with the CFO and Finance senior management team to establish a “state of the art” Shared Service center.  Bernadette is responsible for the technology aspect of the shared service from design to implementation of all the technology needed to operate the Shared Service including a public cloud ERP system, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation and a real time analytics platform.

Bernadette is also a board member of the Society for Information Management (SIM) Metro New York chapter and an active speaker on digital transformation.  In addition, Bernadette is a member of the CIO Innovation Advisory Network at Lightspeed Venture Partners and on the advisory board for BoldStart, an early stage Venture Capital company.  Bernadette is also an active member and advisor to HMG Strategy.  

Bernadette holds her Masters from New York University and her Bachelor’s from the State University of New York at Binghamton.  She also earned a leadership certification from the prestigious IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
