In June 2019, Brian became the VP/CIO for the Customer & Commercial Enablement (C&CE) team, part of Honeywell’s Enterprise IT organization.  In this role, he owns strategy, deployment and support of all customer-facing digital solutions across the Honeywell portfolio of businesses.  Key areas of responsibility include: Digital Marketing, Customer Experience/Support, Salesforce Automation, Pricing and Commerce platforms. 

Prior to that, Brian was the Customer Experience Excellence (CX) Digital Leader, part of the C&CE organization.  He served as the IT advocate for the global CX function, delivering digital transformation solutions focused on improving the customer experience across all businesses, including:  Cloud Contact Center, CRM Service, Customer-facing Portals, digital process automation bots, and Field Service Management.

Over his 22 years with the company, Brian has held a variety of leadership roles within the IT organization, including Application Development & Support and Infrastructure Program Management & Operations. Brian joined Honeywell in 1997 as part of the IT Procurement organization. He is Green Belt and Design for Six Sigma certified.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Brian received a B.S. degree in Business from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, and an M.S. degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.

Brian has been married for 26 years; he and his wife Lara moved to Charlotte in March 2019.  In his spare time, Brian enjoys jogging, playing golf and spending time with his family (3 kids – aged 24, 22, 20).
