Chad is a proven executive with over 20 years of technology, security, and Big 5 consulting experience. Throughout his career he has worked with companies large and small – from members of the Fortune 500 to pre-IPO technology startups – to strategize, implement, and re-factor their operations for hypergrowth, public company readiness, and long-term scale.  He has built successful teams spanning Production Operations/Engineering, Security and Compliance, Business Intelligence, and IT.  He currently serves as the head of Technical Operations at PagerDuty, the leading SaaS platform for real-time operations and incident response. 

Chad holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.  He is a non-practicing CISA and held his CISSP-ISSMP security certifications for over a decade.
