Christopher J Allamon is the Vice President, Information Technology Director for Level One Bank since 2013.   Level One Bank located in Farmington Hills was created in 2007 by a team of local business leaders, entrepreneurs and passionate bankers who believed in a better way to bank. They recognized the need for a bank that could provide the sophisticated products of a large institution with the local knowledge and customer service of a community bank. 

Chris has 25 plus years of experience and is passionate about developing deep knowledge of the business, identifying and evaluating emerging technology opportunities, and partnering with the leadership team to lead change.  His commitment to strategic innovation in the area of digital technology for client experience, employee engagement and data analytics enables the business to perform at a high degree of efficiency and stay relevant and competitive in the market.   

In January 2019, he joined Wayne State University, Mike Ilitch School of Business, Information Systems Management Advisory Board to advise and support the ISM Department Chair on the strategic direction and advancement of the department.

Chris’s career encompasses both the financial and automotive industries.  Prior to Level One Bank, he served half of his career in the financial industry with GreenPath Debt Solutions and Munder Capital Management.  The latter half in automotive with EDS at GM Tech Center and several auto suppliers. 

Chris holds a BSEE in Electronics Engineering from DeVry University in Columbus Ohio.
