He has help build Horizon into one of the world’s largest media agencies with over 8.7 Billion dollars of annual media spend .
Cliff has a strong record of success in creating robust and secure IT infrastructures, world class customer service organizations and tools that make his customers efficient and successful. He has proven to have the ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing cost and risk. He provides leadership through strategic thinking and decision-making. Cliff is known for seamlessly coordinating and collaborating with internal organizations as well as third-party partners. He builds and leads high-performance teams to manage, implement, and streamline complex IT infrastructures. He prides himself on his success on delivering complex projects within tight timeframes.
Cliff holds a BA in Business Administration and Technology from the University of Florida.
