Corinne Sharp has been working in the IT sector for over 30 years leading sales, marketing, and channel teams both at Fortune 100 companies as well as start up and re-imagined software companies. As an agent of change she is focused on strategic direction with execution excellence to build talent, operational efficiency with a growth mindset. Operating in the world of channels, alliances and partnerships to achieve scaled growth is an area of expertise she brings to the table as a connector of people and businesses.Â
- She is the Co-Founder and CMO of The WIT Network, a global and local organization focused supporting women in their pursuits of careers in the technology sector. The WIT Network have over 10,000 global members with corporate partners leveraging their programming as part of their DEI and women’s ERG strategies.
- As the President Emeritus of the Canadian Channel Chief’s Council, Corinne is active within the Canadian technology ecosystem supporting business growth and collaboration across the industry. This C-level peer group of Channel Chiefs in partnership with ITWC brings economic focus and growth to the Canadian tech sector.
- Corinne Sharp led her own consulting practice Sharp Perspective Inc. (SPI) from 2012-2021. SPI worked with organizations from start-ups through to global organizations on their sales, channel, and management strategies. She was an Executive-in-Residence with two Canadian innovation centers where she coached and worked with start ups on their go-to-market strategies.
Corinne has held leadership roles with Microsoft, General Electric, Orkestra and Shinydocs in both Enterprise and SMB organizations. At Microsoft, she built and managed the largest Canadian partner ecosystem and was accountable for the health and results across resellers, solution integrators, distributors and cloud partners with world class partner satisfaction. Along with the direct sales and channel leadership roles, Corinne was accountable for the Enterprise Sales Strategy team to build sales disciplines, processes, compensation plans and organizational blueprints to ensure high performing sales forces including the management team. Sharing these global experiences and key learnings is what drives her to help other organizations.
With all these passions and business pursuits, along with being a wife, mom and DEI advocate, Corinne\’s energy and spirit is contagious.
