Successfully integrated a $1B acquisition and rebuilt the Technology organization by scaling it through right-shoring. Deepak runs a complex, mission critical, high-transaction IT environment (processing 1B+ transactions/yr.) encompassing 4 Data Centers, 2235 Servers, 37000+ virtualized endpoints (one of VMware’s marquee deployments), 2.5+ Pb of data, and 147 applications. He successfully eliminated technology debt, achieved 99.997+% uptime, and reduced IT cost/seat by 14%+ which improved investor ROI. ? Stabilized a high-leverage, revenue generating “end-to-end Seat-in-a-Box” SaaS platform. Previously, as the CIO & EVP-Products at Interactions (an AI/ML Intelligent Virtual Assistant Co.), he rapidly integrated the acquired AT&T Bell Labs team and refocused them on Augmented-AI to deliver 15% improvement in automation levels. He introduced a Voice-Biometric offering and multi-lingual capabilities to accelerate growth and global expansion. 

As the growth-focused CIO/CTO at Sutherland (a global BPO Company focused on Fortune-1000 clients across 9 verticals with 60,000+ employees across 19 countries), Deepak successfully built world-class cloud-based IT operations that underpinned revenue growth from $350m to $1.2b+. ? Successfully led three global M&A Day-0 integrations within 72 hours of acquisition. ? Creatively harvested 250+ products which enhanced the corporate attractiveness through 22 Copyrights and 3 Trademarks. He stood up an InfoSec function that enabled a ‘Vertical Go-toMarket’ approach. Prior to Sutherland, as the CTO and Head of Product Strategy/Product Management at SunGard (a $22b LBO), he stemmed a rapidly declining revenue base by devising a new Cloud Storage DR (DRaaS Service) proposition and secured investments from Investors to enhance revenue by $180m. He was instrumental in transforming Unisys from a product-led organization to a 92% services-led organization, resulting in an influenced revenue of over $600m. Deepak was a founding member and CIO for the Unisys Global Transformation practice, responsible for Unisys 3D-Blueprinting (3DVE) – a cross-competency enabler for building services business. ? As the Global VP, RTI – he stood-up a $150m Unisys IaaS Cloud Computing / Real Time Infrastructure (RTI) business along with a delivery organization of 1500+ practitioners. His nextgen Cloud Orchestration portfolio introduced a competitive offering to IBM, EDS, and HP’s Cloud offerings and enabled CIOs to harvest & orchestrate their existing investments in IT assets through self-healing, autonomic, ‘Sense-and-Respond’ capabilities. He successfully enabled a $1B operating unit to adopt RTI as its overarching strategy. His work received numerous industry accolades including “The Most Innovative Solutions Award” by HP for BPM capabilities. Prior to Unisys, Deepak was a founding member of Deloitte’s DC.COM technology services business and led strategic transformational initiatives at F500 clients. He recovered a set of failed enterprise IT initiatives for a $3B insurance company and transformed Porsche Cars NA’s technology environment.
