Doug Cyphers leads IT Strategy and Leadership for WD-40’s Americas and APAC locations. Having over 30 years of experience in IT, Doug is a former CIO that has held Executive or Senior Level positions with organizations in a variety of industries that have ranged in size from “Startup” to Fortune 50.  Notable accomplishments include being a major contributor to one company gaining “Inc500 Hall of Fame” status, working for one of the largest event and license registration companies in the US, implementing cutting edge End-to-End Encryption solutions with the nation’s top credit card processors, and winner of San Diego’s 2014 “Top Tech Exec” award.  He continues to work with nonprofit organizations in a variety of roles and currently serves as Secretary for SIM San Diego.
