Cindy is an expert in solving complex Business Strategy and IT Innovation and Growth challenges. She brings deep expertise in SaaS, Software, Enterprise Technology, Customer Relationship Management, Predictive Analytics, AI, Data Sciences and Enterprise Advanced Analytics solutioning. She also has extensive business transformation and change management expertise to advance technology adoption and alignment practices to achieve Performance Excellence and Customer Focus. In addition to these skills, she has been a GM at Xerox running an Outsourcing Portfolio, and also oversaw all large-scale transformation operating practices for sales operations, and service operations, for a $600M operating unit. She also was an Accenture Partner responsible for running a NA (NE) Strategy and Change Transformation Portfolio for Accenture, a $3B LOB. leading complex CRM and Sales Transformational Strategy and Change Programs in major brands like DHL, Ryder Logistics, Sony, etc.  She has also held senior leadership roles at Xerox Canada ($1B), overseeing sales and service transformation/ operational modernization (s),  and operating a P&L for their Outsourcing LOB.  and Venture Capitalist. \”SC\” under Cindy’s leadership has won many awards: Top CEO in Digital Innovation – 2022 Bonhill Award, Mindbrige CEO of the Year Award for AI, ITWC Digital Disruption Award for AI, EY and CATA, Sara Kirke CEO Innovator Award, Start-up Canada AI Entrepreneur of the Year, both a National and Regional Award Winner, Top 100 Silicon Valley Companies to watch, Hot Vendor of the Year by Aragon research, etc, and most recently she was awarded an Honorary Applied AI Doctorate recognition from George Brown College.  Cindy is a global thought leader with 14 books in the market and recently released a new book, The AI Dilemma.  She is also a Forbes AI Board Advisor, an Adjunct AI Ethics/Strategy Professor at George Brown College, and a Board AI Advisor at Forbes and also at the University of Arizona. In 2022, she was recognized as one of the Top AI Global Influencers by Onaytica. She is a Board Advisor of the International AI Forum and is the Conference Chair in Nov 2022 focused on AI Modernization.
