I measure it by revenue enabled, costs avoided, risks mitigated, and competitive advantages created. That means spending time in the field with customers, alongside sales teams, and on the shop floor, not just in the boardroom. I have led enterprise transformations at scale: SAP S/4 HANA across an $11B health system, commercial technology platforms serving 650+ life science organizations, and AI-enabled operating models that shift organizations from cost-driven to growth-driven.
