Erik Molitor is the CIO at Bio-Rad Laboratories, a $2B medical technology company born in the Bay Area 60 years ago, and a leader in Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics.   His team is focused on transformational initiatives including completing a global ERP rollout, migrating data centers to the Cloud, modernizing the network with SD-WAN, improving business analytics with data lake and data science capabilities, and partnering with R&D to develop their next generations of instrument software in the Cloud, while remaining compliant in a heavily regulated industry.

Prior to joining Bio-Rad in 2016, Erik was a VP of IT at BD (another leading medical technology company), where he spent 11 years in IT leadership roles in areas such as ERP, CRM, Analytics, and Business Partnership and moved from their Global HQ in New Jersey, to their Asian HQ in Singapore, to their Biosciences segment in San Jose.  Prior to BD, he started his career at GE, participating in their IT Leadership Program.  He graduated with a BS in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts.
