Gary is a qualified chartered accountant and a privacy professional.  An accomplished senior executive with 20 years’ extensive experience he has operated at board level in a variety of roles within a number of complex organisations across Financial Services, Leisure and Retail. He is also a non-executive director with positions in the Health, Education and Charitable sectors.

Gary led the GDPR implementation in the UK for a major global financial institution whilst advising on behalf of the Group across its European jurisdictions, has been the serving DPO for a challenger bank, and is currently Chief Privacy Officer for a global energy provider with operations in the Americas, EMEA and Asia.  As an internationally recognised Privacy expert he has both presented at and chaired conferences across Europe.
