He is the founder of Transformity, an organization that transforms humanity through empathy and technology, and a senior executive advisor at VMware. He has over 15 years of experience working with C-suite and executives at Global 2000 enterprises in transforming their processes, technologies, and culture to achieve their business outcomes. His mantra is \”Transform with Empathy,\” and he works passionately to promote empathy for employees, enterprises, and communities.
Dr. Pallapa is also an Agile coach, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, SAFe Agilist, and an Ambassador for several organizations. He writes/talks/works on transformation, helping underprivileged people, and giving back to the community.
