Hanan Szwarcbord is a visionary leader with a 25+ years track record of driving business transformation through process improvement, innovative technology solutions, and engaged workforce. He has a strong background managing global, large-scale IT and Cyber transformations and is skilled at overcoming challenges and meeting demanding, time-sensitive objectives.

As the VP and Chief Security Officer at Micron, Hanan is responsible for defining and implementing the company\’s cyber security transformation strategy and protecting customers and the company from cyber threats in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. He leads a global team of over 300 full-time security professionals and has implemented a number of initiatives to enhance the company\’s security posture, including a \”Zero Trust\” program, a continuous validation program to automate risk- based vulnerability discovery and remediation, and has been recognize as leading one of the 200 most secure companies in the US by Forbes . In addition, he has established and leads the Semiconductor Industry Association\’s (SIA) CISO work group driving collaboration and sharing of threats intelligence between 40+ semiconductor companies. 

Prior to joining Micron in May 2021, Hanan served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Marvell leading strategic security transformation and driving change across security and IT. Hanan also served as the Head of Global IT for Sapiens, where he was responsible for developing and deploying a new IT strategy across multiple combined companies. Prior to that, he work in pms-sierra, as a senior IT manager.

Hanan also served in the Israeli Air-force as Intelligence security non-officer.
