As Executive Director, Helen leads the strategic plan and vision for NPower NY and NJ, including overseeing key partnerships, development, and high-level program administration. She has been with NPower since 2014 and an Executive Director since 2017. Helen believes that NPower serves as an invaluable connection between talent that needs direction and opportunity to thrive and industry that is looking for a diverse, tech talent pipeline. Before NPower, Helen honed her workforce development skills as Director of Career Services at three colleges in New York. At these schools, her passion for helping students navigate their careers blossomed into a life-long ambition. Helen holds a BFA in Drama from New York University.
