Grovert has over 20 years of experience innovating and delivering digital transformations while leading technology departments fully integrated with the business.  As Vice President, Technology at CalAtlantic Group, Grovert is responsible for technology vision & strategy for the business as well as leading customer facing digital technologies.  CalAtlantic Group, Inc. (CAA), a $4B, public, national homebuilder formed by the combination of Standard Pacific Corp. and Ryland Group, Inc. offers well-crafted homes in thoughtfully designed communities from entry level to luxury in 41 metropolitan statistical areas spanning 17 states.  Grovert did his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, from University of Phoenix, and is pursuing his Masters of Science in Information Technology at W. P. Carey School of Business.
