John has over 30 years of experience leading functions within, consulting to, and providing software and hosting services to companies in the insurance and financial services industries. He is a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving business transformation and operational improvements through the application of comprehensive, technology-based solutions, and has helped numerous organizations – from start-ups to Fortune 100s – achieve market-leading returns on their technology investments.

As WTW’s Global Head of Technology Consulting, John leads the consulting services organization responsible for partnering with customers around the globe to ensure they obtain the maximum value from, and success in, employing the WTW technology products they have invested in.  

Prior to joining WTW, John served as the SVP & General Manager InsPro for Majesco as well as spending several years as an independent management consultant.  In these roles John specialized in creating and executing enterprise technology strategies for a variety of national and global insurance and 

financial services companies, significantly improving how they leverage Information Technology to achieve outstanding business results. John also served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America where he was responsible for leading all technology strategy and operations for the Guardian enterprise, ensuring alignment with the company’s ongoing business and growth objectives. John’s background also includes leadership positions at Prudential Property & Casualty Insurance Company, as well as Business Edge Solutions and American Management Systems.  

John holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Scranton.
