As an executive leader and thought partner, Karen Luu has spent her career helping organizations transform their business and human capital initiatives, leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve business operation goals, implementing enabling technology, and transforming core culture. She has led technology implementations, including but not limited to telecom conversion, HRIS, ATS, PMS, etc.

 Currently, Karen leads the culture transformation initiative for Scantron. She also supports various Transom Capital’s portfolio companies in their people and transformation experience and leverages technology in their Talent Acquisition strategy and tactics.  Karen works with the executive teams to define their vision, mission, values, and implement performance management systems and learning and development plans. She leads the post-merger Human Resources technology system integration and the benefits transition, working in various industries such as manufacturing, retail, audio, transportation, logistics, beauty, technology, etc.
