Ksenia Kouchnirenko is currently the Vice President of Business Systems at Momentive.ai (maker of SurveyMonkey). Ms. Kouchnirenko leads the Business Systems team, which is a centralized organization that is responsible for key platforms, automation transformations, operational processes, and underlying data across key functions like Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance.  Previously, Ms. Kouchnirenko was Director, International Strategy & Business Development at SurveyMonkey, where she was responsible for the development of detailed tactical recommendations for how to scale in top-tier markets, identification of marketing and conversion funnel opportunities in each of the key markets, and oversight of marketing optimization efforts. Previously, Ms. Kouchnirenko was the Director, Group Marketing Manager of Business Development, Revenue & Partnerships at Mint.  In this role, Ms. Kouchnirenko built and led the team responsible for Mint revenue and TurboTax/IRA x-sell initiatives, developed lead generation monetization tactics, executed revenue focused initiatives (including developing and managing relationships with key financial institutions) to deliver against Mint targets and align with the broader group\’s program and plan. Prior to her time with Mint, Ms. Kouchnirenko held multiple roles at QuinStreet focused on acquisitions and financial services vertical.  Ms. Kouchnirenko started her career in investment banking at William Blair & Company after received a BS in Business Administration from the University of California – Berkeley.
