She has extensive expertise leading Project Delivery organizations. In one of her last positions in P&G she owned the North America and Latin America Delivery organizations that were on point for top priority global and regional projects enabling P&G to increase share and volume growth across different Business Units. In this role she was accountable of the successful launch, leverage, and commercialization of initiatives as well as the management and development of an agile and highly skilled organization.

Madeleyne has enjoyed various leadership assignments in Mexico and Canada gaining significant expertise in envisioning and driving business transformation as well as initiating and managing change to significantly improve business results. She has vast experience optimizing operating structures and capabilities in large organizations across different geographies. She is a highly effective and respected leader who provides a vision to engage and energize large, diverse teams with a focus on results.
