Mark Connelly was the Chief Information Security Officer for Boston Consulting Group where he brings more than 30 years of Risk and Security, IT and Business Management experience. Previously, Mark was the first CISO with Thomson Reuters (TR) and ITT, both global multi-industry enterprises. In addition to his time as CISO at TR and ITT Mark was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse responsible for Infrastructure Risk and Security. And prior to Credit Suisse Mark spent 20 years at Sun Microsystems Incorporated as CISO, VP IT and Director of Systems Engineering. Experience and Education Mark holds an M.S.E.E. and B.A. from Washington University and an M.A. from University of Missouri. He holds certifications in Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Governance in Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified in Risk & Information Security Controls (CRISC). He is a member of ISACA NY Chapter. He was recognized by the Technical Exchange Network with the CISO of the Year Award for the Northeast Region in 2011 and in 2013 was named a Top 10 Global CISO Breakaway Leader
