Mark is a 27-year IT executive who currently serves the city of Greeley, Colorado as its CIO.  Greeley is a part of the rapidly growing region of northern Colorado that includes Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collins.  His team serves over 1000 city employees and works with city departments to leverage emerging trends in Smart City technologies.
